ShopTech is a separate app built on top of Shopify. It installs from the Shopify App Store and puts work order tiles on the POS smart grid, while products, customers, inventory, and payment stay in Shopify, so there is no second catalog to reconcile.

Completing a work order hands the labor and parts to the POS cart, so payment, tax, and reporting stay native.

Parts come from your Shopify products. Customers are your Shopify customers. Nothing is duplicated.
Multi-location and staff roles
Per-location access, staff permissions, device pairing, and a PIN lock for the shared counter iPad.
Every device, instantly
A status change on the bench shows up at the counter right away. The whole staff app is in English and Spanish, and each tech picks their own.
